Terms and Conditions 

Deposits for Orders:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order by the invoice due date.Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

For website orders:

We understand and appreciate that plans change. However, the following applies when cancelling, rescheduling or any missed appointments. 

We do not accept cancellation made within 7 days of order due date, this meaning that no refund will be given, credit or change of date.If cancellation is made 14 days of order due date, we will refund 50% of your order only.

For Same-Day Boxes:

We understand and appreciate that things can pop up. However, we unfortunately do not offer refunds on same-day boxes once payment has been made.

Missed or late Collections:

We understand that things out of your control can happen. Please allow additional travelling time when collecting your order. If late/missed collection, we may not be available until the next business day for recollection.

Shipping and Liability Disclaimer

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Lil Sprinkles Bakery is no longer responsible for the condition of the product. While we take every precaution to package our items securely and appropriately for transit, we cannot control how packages are handled by third-party carriers.

Due to the fragile nature of baked goods, minor damage such as cracking, smudging, or breakage may occur during shipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or credits for any items that arrive damaged as a result of shipping.

If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, we will work with you to file a claim with the shipping provider, but we cannot guarantee compensation.
